The elections in 2010 and 2012 sent a small army of new freedom fighters into Congress, and they are making their voices heard. Fresh voices such as Mike Lee and Justin Amash have fundamentally shifted the debate to talking about what can be cut in government, instead of just how much more to spend.

In 2014, we have a good shot at firing Harry Reid as Senate Majority Leader, but perhaps more importantly we have a chance to send our champions of liberty in both chambers badly needed reinforcements. Every new Ted Cruz or Thomas Massie we send to Congress exponentially increases the ability of grassroots America to resist Obama’s big-government agenda.
